Intensive 3 day Holistic retreat starting on Thursday, 2nd June at 7pm until Sunday 5th June at 2pm.

By combining asana practice, pranayama techniques, meditation, yoga nidra, silence and mantra chanting we offer an experience of holistic living. The food served will be delicious, nutritious and especially suitable for practitioners of yoga and meditation, offering a gentle and healthy way to detox. This means developing a fuller and more meaningful connection with our bodies, with our minds, with those around us, and with our purpose and place in the world.
The schedule is designed in such a way as to balance activity with rest. Discussions and socialising as well quiet reflective time and earnest inner exploration.
We encourage you to listen to your inner voice and we will serve as guides to help you through your own individual transformation. You will learn tools to change your life positively.
Located in Mijas, Spain, the holistic retreat is nestled between the sierra Alpujata and the mediterranean sea and provides an environment that is safe, nurturing, friendly, relaxed and supportive. It is held in a beautiful & simple country house where we offer accommodation in a shared twin or triple room (max 5 people).
You do not need any prior yoga experience to come along as the yoga is suitable for all levels of experience. All you need is an interest and real desire to reconnect with yourself, your body and be still in the space that yoga helps you to create.
The program combines practices from different spiritual traditions to provide a holistic experience for every aspect of your being. Is meant to help you connect to yourself, to the people around you and to the world in which we live.
Throughout the course we will study in a theoretical and practical way:
Asana - yoga postures
Suryanamaskara – sun salutations
Pranayama – breathing techniques
Mantra chanting - rhythms of the consciousness
Yoga Nidra - systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation
Silence - we include periods of silence within the schedule, typically from bedtime until mid morning
Meditation – Samatha (single-pointed) & Vipassana meditation
Karma Yoga - selfless service
Havan - fire ceremony
Workshops - on a variety of subjects
Eating - yogic, mindful and proper diet
