Holistic Yoga Class
Being “present” with the body can be a novel experience for those who live with their mind on one thing & their body doing something completely different! Yoga (Sanskrit for 'union') helps to reconnect mind & body which helps relieve tension & stress.
Dahn (pure, concentrated Ki/Chi) yoga takes it a step further by teaching sensitivity to energy -- an awareness that activates & intensifies the mind-body connection.
