Develop a strong home practice with meditation, basic asanas, simple mantras and a basic understanding of the 8 limbs of yoga. We will enjoy 2 different 30 minute yoga classes, as well as participate in 2 short meditations and review multiple pranayama techniques. Additionally we will explore the 8 limbs of yoga and have a Q & A session that will include take away resources.
