& its influences on the daily life .The specific sequence of Asanas

Each class is divided onto 3 parts: 1 hr of Theory , 1 hr of Practice , 1 hr

Day -1:

1. Nutritious Diet: Essential Female Vitamins &

Minerals/Supplements, Probiotics to support hormonal health.

Body pH Balance & alkaline diet /Alkaline VS Acidic Foods/ Low

GI Foods List “high & low”/ Useful Herbs & seeds/Wisdom of

Rainbow diet.

2. Detox Tools: how to limit the toxins entering the body system &

what are the methods to release the stored toxins in the body. Best

detox foods for every day.

3. Basic Physiology, understanding what are the hormones &

knowing about the major glands and how they work together to

produce the hormones.

Day 2:

life style & its every day essentials.
aspect: Understanding Sacral chakra & how to balance it using visualization, crystals, affirmations, mantra (sound) & mudra ( hand gesture).
management: Prana, Pranayama & Meditation.

Your hormones are the messengers of your body. Each hormone sends

specific instructions to organs and helps determine your mood, energy

levels, weight, temperature, digestion, and many other aspects of your

health.

With hormones, it's all about balance. They can't be too high or too low;

they have to be just right. Otherwise, imbalances can cause myriad

health issues.

Every one of us - women- has experienced at least one or more of the

common symptoms of hormonal fluctuation or imbalance in her life.

Those symptoms include stomach cramps, mood swings, bloating &

indigestion, lower back pain, tiredness, fatigue, cravings, hot flashes,

lack of vitality to name a few and more serious ones such as depression

ageing, weight issues.

Yoga provides the powerful tools to aid in all health cases if we are

willing to give it a try. It is important to be aware of our own bodies &

know how to help ourselves. Let's take the responsibility for our own

health & well being here & now!
