HORMONES BALANCING YOGA - Day 2
Special Hatha Yoga Class is designed for women of all ages to enable
them to manage & regulate their nature cycles, being aware of hormones
& its influences on the daily life .The specific sequence of Asanas
is taught to aid during the symptoms of PMS disorders, Hormonal
Imbalances, Menopause, Fertility Issues.

balance it using visualization, crystals, affirmations, mantra
(sound) & mudra ( hand gesture).
