This series comes from the lineage of Bishnu Gosh and was directly taught to Bikram to heal his broken body. Once healed from his injuries Bikram then brought this amazing practice to the West and it is now taught all over the world! This training will change your life!!!

In this 200 hour intense program you will be provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach a 90 minute Traditional Hot 26 Yoga Class. This comprehensive training includes in depth instruction on yoga philosophy, postures and alignment, anatomy and physiology, class dialog and meditation.
