Using Kinesiology and NLP we will explore the gift of yoga. Witnessing for yourself, you can appreciate how deeply you can affect your well being - positively and negatively. Understanding and experiencing can help open doors to deep healing. Appreciate how and why yoga works so effectively.
This workshop is part of a series or Restorative and Therapeutic sessions but can be attended as a stand alone. It's a small friendly group. Max 12 people, to keep things nice and relaxed.
