This workshop is a full on immersion of yoga, with time set for practice and for psychological discussion. Michael invites you to investigate the role of the shoulders, hips, core stability, yoga breathing and bandhas (internal bonds) allowing the pose to come alive from the inside out. Each asana practice will include detailed anatomy and end with restorative postures. From a psychological stance you will look at how to use yoga to balance your emotions, transform relationship habits and settle distractedness. Students of all levels are welcome, yoga teachers will find this workshop beneficial if they desire to bring more depth to their yoga classes.
