Full Description

Yoga techniques and mental exercises (meditation) have become an integral part of Western culture and are finding increased acceptance in medicine. This course is based on scientific medical research proving the physical and mental benefits of a regular practice of yoga, relaxation and meditation.

This is one of a series of three workshops and asana class evenings, 17th - 19th November. You can mix and match which you attend.
