Full Description

QuietNorth’s Iceland Yoga Retreat combines daily yoga, relaxation and meditation practice with spas and outdoor activities.

- Hatha yoga with an experienced teacher
- Relaxation techniques for mind and body
- Introduction to meditation, including silent walking
- Powerful breathing techniques to boost energy
- Instruction can be personally tailored to your needs, limitations or interests

We will stay in a villa on the banks of the Varmá River on the edge of Hveragerði, Iceland. Hveragerði is the geothermal capital of South Iceland. It’s a small town 45 km east of Reykjavík. Pillars of steam rise from the many natural hot springs in and around the town.

The villa is across the river from the NLFI Spa and Clinic and a short walk to the Laugaskard swimming pool, an Olympic sized outdoor pool with steam room and hot tubs.
