Full Description

I&I Yoga is an inclusive Yoga Teacher Training Method. We do not advocate any particular yoga dogma and believe yoga is in the experience outside of the asana. We guide our students to discover and embody Fearless Expression of Self in it's labyrinthine manifestations. We are not acolytes of the colonization of yoga as it has become in the west. Our worldview of yoga operates outside the trappings of what occurs on a rubber rectangle and highlights every human experience and interaction as yoga. The yoga guides of I&I are luminaries who's goal it is to share the light, the love, and the human experience-- that is yoga.

During this immersion program it is our intention to inspire uplift and awaken the teacher in each one of our students. We expect each of our teachers to begin teaching in small ways from day one. By the end of the training you will have had a number of opportunities to teach classes receive feedback and feel empowered to share the practice of yoga upon returning home from the immersion.

We adhere to the standards and requirements of the Yoga Alliance required hours for the Yoga teacher Training. You can find our reviews on the Yoga Alliance site. **(we were formally named Mahtab Collective)
