In Your Element Weekly Yoga Classes
Join us as we work our way through the Term 4 In Your Element Weekly Classes & Saturday Immersions: Deepening Your Practise and our journey through the energetically expanding & warmest months of Spring (& the Wood Element) and Summer (& the Fire Element).
Type of Event
Choose to attend one or two classes per week 6:30pm Tuesdays &/or 6:30pm Thursdays. Classes recommence for Term 4 on Tuesday 14th October and run every week (total 10 weeks) until Thursday 18th December 2014. Small groups mean limited placements and bookings essential!
New students are eligible for a $30, 3x class 'Discovery Pack', existing student's drop in rate is $25 per class or $ave by pre-purchasing a 20x 10x or 5x class pass.
Students of all ages, shapes, sizes & levels of experience are welcomed, using the breath to unify the body & mind through a unique, simple, intuitive blend of movement (asana), breathing (pranayama), relaxation & contemplation. Whilst both classes contain an appropriate balance of yin (substance) & yang (activity).
Tuesday classes are relatively more dynamic & yang and Thursday classes relatively more restorative & yin as the week begins to wind down. Any questions? Just Ask!
