What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy is a customized and gentle approach to reduce pain, improve mobility and increase strength and core stability. It does this through improving joint and muscle function, getting the right parts moving and quieting down what is not needed. It can be used in conjunction with other modalities ( massage therapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, etc).
