I am so excited to be offering this workshop. This is a yoga philosophy/lifestyle that I have spent my entire adult life trying to understand and develop in myself.
In my view, this is the core of why physical yoga can be so powerful. I hope some of you will join me for this 2 part series. There will be meditation, writing exercises, pranayama and asana, along with discussion.
