INNER LISTENING, THE MAIN PRACTICE OF YOGA

This workshop is an open invitation to anyone with an interest in yoga to come and discover something more about this practice, and ultimately about yourself. Employing the very simple technique of mindfulness of breathing, we shall embark on a journey together.
The afternoon will begin with a guided meditation, move into an easy sequence of postures, and end with a deep relaxation. You will be inspired to experience more deeply the intrinsic rhythm of your breathing and your mind's natural state of peacefulness.
