How Will You Learn All This In Only 3.5 Days?

To help you learn and live a more conscious and healthy way, I have created this 3.5-Day Program.
I walk you through daily asana practice focusing on alignment and breath, and guide you in meditation to help you come to the present, be present with yourself, and teach you the techniques to dive deeper into subconscious levels, and go beyond your subconscious meeting your true self. This practice will be supported by a vegan, fresh diet - doing both for you detoxing your body and replenishing it with vitamins and minerals.
From the very first session, I will be there explaining to you how to realize your true self, expand your inner space, and connect to the “open sky”, meaning the sky is the limit to what your life experience can be. I want you to experience for yourself. For this reason, the retreat is packed with skill-building exercises designed to help you incorporate what you learn into your daily life.
