300 hour yoga Teacher Training

Announcing our New Integrative 300-Hour Advanced Study Teacher Training with Missy White and Guest Teachers

Take your yoga teaching career to the next level and deeply immerse yourself in our advanced 300-Hour program open to those who have completed 200 hour teacher training wanting to explore more in depth understanding of the anatomy, theory, sequencing and adjusting.

Our 300-Hour program helps you to advance your career, share your knowledge, strengthen your practice and enhance credibility. Set an intention, with an open heart and mind, to fully embrace and experience everything during your training and beyond.

 Deepen your knowledge as a yoga practitioner
 Expand your skill level as a yoga teacher
 Cultivate a strong asana practice for optimal mind-body well-being
 Design energetic sequencing practices to improve overall well-being
 Build your brand through social media and modern marketing methods
 Build your student following and understanding appropriate boundaries
 Build community and being connected in life
 Yoga Alliance registry and membership
 Apply yoga skills in small groups
 Advance your Ayurveda knowledge to help balance the Doshas and disorders related to Dosha imbalance
 Deepen your understanding of anatomy related to functional physiology
 Study traditional and energetic anatomy and physiology suitable for teaching advanced yoga
 Master holistic sequencing for your type and energetic efficiency
 Establish Yoga practices to help balance mental outlook, including improved understanding of the: sensory system, brain, mind, role of emotions
 Refine asana learning for improved overall well-being
 Explore the principles of stress and anxiety reduction through Ayurveda and yoga

Any Yoga Classes during you weekend Teacher Training are included. You also receive 40 Free Yoga classes to use over the Teacher Training period at our studio (A $400 VALUE)
Workshops with Special Guest Teachers to be announced are also included in your teacher training: (A $500 VALUE)

The course is open to people who have earned their 200-hour yoga teacher training certification through a Yoga Alliance-Affiliated school. Upon completion of the training, you will receive your RYT 300 yoga teacher certification. We are a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance which is highly recognized internationally.

A final project designed to help define yourself as a yoga teacher.

**Completion of the 200-Hour Teacher Training Program is a pre-requisite for enrollment in this 300 program.

6 months of prior yoga practice is required.

$250 Deposit is part of final payment and 100% refundable if application is not approved.

20% of the $250 Deposit is non-refundable for every month your spot is held and 100% non-refundable after Jan 1, 2019
