Students Will Be Able To:
-Gain confidence, increased awareness/sensitivity & appreciation for your body
-Learn HOW to become a student of yoga; start where you are & embrace yoga as a process and as a practice
-Learn the basic shape and form of key poses; learn how to use props to modify poses to fit the needs of your body; become familiar with Sanskrit names.
-Get a taste of Pranayama (breathing exercises) & Meditation
-Be inspired & knowledgeable to continue studying yoga at home, or in a community class at Nourish.
