Wherever you are on the aqua yoga spectrum, this course will move you to comfortable, confident, and content.

My health struggles have been a huge catalyst in my teaching journey. My motivation for teaching yoga is to help people like you stay out of pain, and find joy and freedom through mindful, embodied movement.

What you will gain:

The confidence to take your yoga practice into the pool whether you’ve previously taken an aqua yoga class or not.

The knowledge of how to keep your practice safe and appropriate for you.

Who this course is for:

You’ve never done yoga before and heard it helps with pain.

You’ve done land yoga but struggled in class, whether it was the pace, all the hand and knee involvement, or getting on and off the floor.

What if I need help during the course?

You have access to a closed Facebook group just for those who've enrolled in the course. It includes the former students so you have lots of chances to form community and learn from each other.

There's live chats with me in the FB group twice every week. Post questions in advance or join live for help. The sessions are left up in the FB group and added to the course materials so you can watch anytime.

Everyone receives weekly support emails with bonus resources, perks, and info for that week's material.
