Join yoga teacher Morgan Otto as she helps guide you into balance in a two hour journey through the Chakras.
We will learn about the 7 different chakras and how these energy wheels can affect different aspects of your life. Feeling depressed or have low self esteem? Experiencing digestive problems or chronic fatigue? These can be warning signs of a blocked or dysfunctioning about some of the techniques used to help bring balance to the chakra system. We will include an asana practice focused on each of the 7 chakras helping to deepen the connection of mind and body. Wrapping up with a chakra balancing meditation to further link mind, body and spirit.
This workshop is designed for all levels of yoga practice and anyone wishing to advance their practice to a deeper level.
