Come and learn from Master Tyrone Aranda at this FREE workshop! Tyrone will start with a discussion of the meaning of Tai Chi and the history of this ancient combat discipline. He’ll lead us in a tai chi practice with a short “rehydration and re-energizing” break (snack and drink!) in the middle. Great for balance, focus, muscle control, breath/pranayama practice and mindfulness, Tai Chi is a great complement to a yoga practice or other fitness regimen!
