You are using your body for a lifetime in all your daily activities ranging from sitting, standing, singing, speaking, computer work, to yoga. The Alexander Technique teaches how to recognize postural habits, transforming strain, excess tension and fatigue into ease, mental clarity and grace. This non-invasive technique teaches us how to listen to the body in motion and respond wisely. After a short introduction to the Alexander Technique we will playfully explore daily activities and yoga poses to see how they impact each other. All Levels, all styles are welcome!

Malona's experience has evolved over years of practice and continuous study, teaching group classes, workshops, and private classes. In her work with students she has always fostered self-awareness and the recovery of the body's own intelligence. She is passionate about helping them find the grace, ease and freedom in their everyday movement and yoga practice.
Malona is AmSat certified teacher of the Alexander Technique.
Iyengar certified yoga teacher.
