Join Gretchen Lightfoot in this safe and joyful setting to build a proper foundation for your yoga practice. No flexibility required. You’ll go slow and steady as you use breath and alignment to understand the fundamental of yoga. Ideal for the absolute beginner, but also any practitioner interested in stepping back and making sure a solid foundation is in place. After attending this 3-week series, you will feel more confident to try out a regular class!
The March evening series takes place 3/11, 3/18 & 3/25. The April morning series runs 4/16, 4/23 & 4/30. $25 per series; mats available for use at no additional charge. For your own benefit, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check in. No refunds/substitutions for missed classes. Please let your teacher know before class if you have any new/recurring injuries, serious illness, or are pregnant/recently gave birth.
A Yoga Alliance RYT-500, Gretchen Lightfoot trained at YogaWorks in Los Angeles. Gretchen teaches a mid-paced flow class focused on alignment. Her classes are good for all levels.
