Intro to Yoga
This workshop will be great for beginners to yoga as well as more experienced yogis (everyone can benefit from reviewing the basics).

This workshop will be great for beginners to yoga as well as more experienced yogis (everyone can benefit from reviewing the basics). We will cover:
* Proper breathing & various breathing techniques - breath=life force
* Building blocks & various considerations in different asana classifications - seated postures, standing postures, forward folds, twists, etc.
* How and when to use props in postures for comfort, safety and accessibility
* Basic visualization and meditation techniques for gaining focus and control of the thoughts
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely, bring water & a mat if you have one (I have extras if not). There will be plenty of movement practice between instruction sessions, so eat early, or only eat very lightly before you come.
