But it can be tough to get into, especially with so many highly flexible and experienced yogis around. The Yoga For Men Exclusive intro workshop is designed to help you get into yoga by exploring some of the key postures and movements, demystifying what yoga practice is all about, and explaining the different types of classes available. By the end of the hour you’ll have worked up a sweat, felt muscles you didn’t know you had, and be ready to try out some classes.
