A perfect way for brand new students to explore the practice of yoga with clear instructor guidance in this eight week series.
Our 8 week Yoga Basics module will encompass a safe training method to build Strength, improve Flexibility, enhance Joint Stability and remain Injury Free. It will help improve Posture, Balance and Alignment and all in conjunction with the Breath.
The whole system of Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. Yoga produces a clear, bright mind and a strong, capable body.
