Ayurveda—“the science of life” or "life wisdom"

This course will look at the foundational principles of this 5,000 year old system of healing and explore a variety of self care techniques to renew and restore oneself on a daily basis as together we remember our connection with nature and our true selves and we learn to once again trust the innate wisdom of our own bodies and its connection to all that is.
