This meeting is open to all and consists of an introduction to Deep Meditation. You will learn how the course works and how to prepare for it.
This effortless meditation technique has roots in the Vedas (veda = knowledge, the Vedas = scriptures originating in Ancient India). It allows the mind to transcend thoughts, and the body to attain deep levels of rest. These two aspects promote the reconstruction of cellular memory and help eliminate tensions and obstacles created in the nervous system, which are sources of discomfort and illness. Deep Meditation allows us to tap into the infinite source of energy and happiness which is the foundation of our thoughts, creativity and life.
