Type of Event
Healthy inversions are informed by the practice of other yoga asana (poses) and by the intention and alignment we bring to that practice.
Inversions help regulate our immune and nervous systems, as well as enhance confidence and self-esteem.
In this workshop, we'll learn methods that encourage safety first by noticing the connections between inversions and standing poses, backbends, twists and forward extensions.
To attend this class, we ask that you have an established home practice or attend yoga classes regularly. Not recommended for complete beginners or for someone who is menstruating or has a recent neck injury.
