Each session includes gentle stretching, breath-work and meditation, as well as instruction and discussion time.
Meditation can help you find inner peace, reduce stress and experience more joy in life!
EXPERIENCE: The Foundations of Yogic Meditation from Hatha Yoga including: Posture, Breath, Diet, Preparation, Intention
LEARN: How to develop your own personal meditation practice to reduce stress and experience deeper peace and joy in your life.
DISCOVER: Learn a variety of Hatha Yoga meditations such as Trataka (Candlelight Eye Gazing), Mantra Meditation, and Chakra Balancing.
INSPIRE: Practice traditional seated meditation with the support of a group.
Mariah Gannessa is a traditional Hatha Yogini who teaches based on her own meditation practice and experience of the healing and transformation through the yogic sciences.
