This introductory workshop is designed for people new to meditation. You can learn to relax your body quickly and calm your mind. The meditation practices taught in this workshop promote relaxation, stress reduction, better health and clarity of mind in a way that is accessible to people new to meditation.

When you meditate, you detach from your habitual thoughts and worries by focusing on the sensations of the present.
Meditation is ideal for anxiety and stress related illnesses.

Session is 90 minutes.
