Introduction to Mind Calisthenics
In this workshop you will discover how you can create a more focused, balanced and strong mind through the practice of Mind Calisthenics.
Type of Event
We start with an interactive talk about Ancient Egypt, the historical background of Mind Calisthenics, and the powerful basic principles known and used by the Ancient Egyptians. Next we will do a “warming up” session followed by introductory exercises out of the Focus and Balance program.
We will finish the workshop with a guided meditation of 20 minutes performed by a lying meditation exercise out of the Awareness program.
