Introduction to Restorative Yoga :: Beginner Course
Restorative Yoga is an eclectic, gentle style of hatha yoga promoting balance and harmony physically, mentally, emotionally and postures (asana) and breath work (pranayama) are integrated to stretch, strengthen, open and release the entire body.
Great emphasis is given to Savasana (Deep Relaxation) in this course.
Sally will guide you through her steps of Beginner Restorative Yoga, integrating mind and body with clarity and ease.
For all levels of experience.
