Activating the digestive process and detoxing your body through the coordination of breath and postures, this ancient practice with roots in the Himalayas will help you create and maintain balance and it will bring positivity into your life.
The workshop will last two hours and will be composed of:
1) Introduction: Tristhana method (puraka & rechaka,drishti, asana)
2) Half primary led class
Limited spots available. We ask that you please bring your own yoga mat and comfortable cotton clothes that you can easily stretch in.
