Introduction to Yantra Yoga
The Introductory Workshop includes the Nine Breathings, the Eight Movements for Purifying the Prana and the Vajra Wave exercises. We can modify the movements to suit the individual condition.

Tibetan Yantra Yoga uses sequences of fluid and harmonious movements that lead to different breathing conditions at the rhythm of the heartbeat.

In Yantra Yoga, the three aspects of our existence are involved and harmonised: the body, with positions and movements; energy and emotions, with breathing; and the mind, with concentration and awareness.
