Introduction to Yin Fascial Yoga
Combining yin yoga, mindfulness meditation and myofascial release techniques for a deep journey into the inner worlds, nourishing body, mind and soul. In this workshop we'll explore the philosophical foundations of yin yoga through a deep dive into the practice, combining yin yoga postures with self-myofascial release techniques (self-massage using props), self inquiry and mindfulness meditation. Topics introduced in this workshop include the Taoist view of Yin & Yang, principles of mindfulness according to the Buddha and how to start healing the subtle body (energy body).
