Introduction to Yoga
Four Week series of Introduction to Yoga for the Stiff, Inflexible and Yoga Curious. We meet upstairs from the main yoga studio in suite 3.
Type of Event
Meets four Wednesday evenings 6:15pm to 7:30 pm. This is for beginners, those new to yoga and those who want to refresh their understanding of the basics.
This is for the four class series. No partial prices. One (free) make up class from the regular schedule is allowed.
Find out about the hype; learn what the different classes are about, learn the basic poses, find out how to customize poses to your personal needs. We will also go over conventional studio decorum as well as the props that are available and how to use them.
