Introduction to Yoga following which you could choose to attend my regular classes which run on a Monday 08.30, Tuesday 8pm, Thursday 08.30 and 7.30pm

This workshop aims to give you the opportunity to find out about yoga and is a wonderful start to your New Year.
Each day, for 1 hour, we will explore different yoga postures and sequences. Included is 15min meditation, a video link to work with at home and a healthy juice/breakfast
Pricing is for the 3 day workshop. If you'd like to do a single day the price is £20
Each day, for 1 hour, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, we will explore different yoga postures and sequences, from standing, seated, twists, balances and back bends, to give you a strong foundation to start your regular practice.
From each daily session you will be able to take 1 sequence away with you to practice at home and a video link to work from.
We will also be doing 15 minutes pranayama (breath work) and 15 minutes meditation/relaxation each day, to help you explore the deeper dimensions of yoga.
