Introduction to Yoga 6 week course

This is a 6 week course, designed for those coming to Yoga for the first time. We look at central aspects of alignment, the basic Yoga postures, and some of the core, less tangible aspects of the practice - including the joy of it!

Small classes of no more than 12 means personal attention, & safety.

Full Description

This is a 6 week course, designed for those coming to Yoga for the first time. We look at central aspects of alignment, the basic Yoga postures, and some of the core, less tangible aspects of the practice - including the joy of it!

Designed for those with little or no Yoga experience, this course will allow you to access a greater sense of understanding and ease as you join in casual classes. It is also a wonderful practice to return to for those who have been practicing for a while, to deepen your practice.

Class numbers are capped to 12 students, to allow the space for you to feel a depth of understanding of how these postures can be experienced in your body, and to ask any questions that might arise.
