The Breath ~ Foundational postures ~ Central Alignment ~ The JOY of it!

This is a 6 week course, designed for those coming to Yoga for the first time. We look at the breath, central aspects of alignment, the basic Yoga postures, and some of the core less tangible aspects of the practice.

Designed for those with little or no Yoga experience, this course will allow you to access a greater sense of understanding and ease as you join in casual classes.

12 spaces only, to allow for personal attention and the space for questions if they arise.

TEACHER:
Juliette is an experienced, greatly loved teacher with a strong, grounded authenticity, a deep passion for yoga and for life, and most of all, for guiding you to create a practice that is fully yours, in which you are embodied, empowered, and which leads you to remember your innate love for life. She also comes with a brilliant sense of humour, the journey with Juliette is heart-centered, freeing, and fun.
