This 2 hour workshop combines philosophy, benefits, and asana practice focusing on alignment. I will tailor a practice for each student.
I will begin with a 30 min lecture, 15 for Q&A, then asana, breathing , alignment and meditation practice.
You will be able to get a vast understanding of what yoga is about.
