Introduction to Yoga
Join from the comfort of your own home. you will be taught basic postures, breathing techniques and meditation with full explanations of their functions and adaptions to suit you.

£30 for 4 week block starting 9 September and ending September.
This is a 4 week introduction to yoga for real people from the comfort of your own home on Zoom. This will prepare you to join classes whether online or in person.
I am fully qualified and insured with 20 plus years of teaching experience.
Yoga is not gymnastics or dance. It is a tool to help you to live your life well. Some of you may look good in the pose. ALL will feel good as the poses will be adapted to your unique body.
This form of yoga helps to reduce chronic pain, alleviate depression and anxiety, manage weight, reduce inflammation, fatigue and much more.
