At My Back and Body Clinic, we utilize the tools of alignment-based yoga to correct whole body misalignments and build whole body strength to support the back.
Scoliosis classes are fun, supportive, and teach lifelong skills to improve your scoliotic pattern. We also have classes to improve herniation, sciatica and other sources of back pain.
