Two introductory yoga programs
1. Tuesday 17 July - 21 August - starting at 6.30 to 8.15
2. Thursday 19 July - 23 August - starting at 9.30 to 11.15
an introductory yoga program which not only covers a modified version of ashtanga yoga at a beginners level but also opportunity to learn breathing techniques, meditation yoga nidra and yogic principles.
it is for students also interested in learning to feel more relaxed and balanced and the secrets to emotional and physical health.
