First Time the 4-Week Workshop: $55

Yoga mats provided.
These workshops, led by Sejal Shah, teach basic postures
of yoga and provide an introduction to breath-work,
meditation and philosophy of yoga. A comprehensive
overview of the benefits of yoga postures is combined with
detailed instruction on the standard postures that students
will experience in further classes. A review of the class
schedule and styles of yoga classes prepares the beginners to
feel comfortable in deciding which class will be right for them.
