Inversion and Arm Balance Workshop
3 hour workshop. Learning the foundations of inversions and arm balances.

Sunday the 3rd July. 1pm-4pm This 3 hour workshop is suitable for everyone. Learn the foundations of standing on your hands, using the wall and props to get aligned and balanced. You will be taken through creative sun salutations to warm you up and get you prepared for turning your world upside down. A few months practice is recommended.
The workshop will start with flowing sun salutations to warm up the body, inversions require a certain amount of hip, shoulder and back flexibility so we'll start with familiar flowing vinyasa practice to prepare the body and mind for both the simple and more challenging inversions so we can approach them with confidence and curiosity in your practice.
We will work on crow, headstand, shoulderstand and handstand. You will learn how to build up to these poses safely & build your confidence to trust yourself. And as a result you will discover the power of your core.
This smaller group workshop will provide a greater opportunity for hands on adjustments and assistance. You will have the opportunity to gain insight into challenges that you may face physically in your body, whether through injury, muscle tightness or weakness.
