LEARN TO FLY! This 2-hr workshop will help you feel more confident in your inversion and arm balance practice. We will break down the many intricacies of headstand, forearm stand, and handstand, as well as the many variations available to you once you are upside down! A focus on shoulder anatomy and core strength will help you develop the means to balance on your arms. The class will be a vinyasa-based class with many "tips and tricks" to help build the confidence to try arm balances like Bakasana (Crow), Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon), Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 and 2, and many more! This is an ALL LEVELS workshop - whether you have never flown before or are just looking for a tune-up of your inversion and arm balance practice, join us for a fun, challenging, and inspiring afternoon!
