Inversion Workshop

Going upside down is a big part of yoga practice. There are many inverted poses. In this workshop we will breakdown 3 of the major inverted asanas: Vrksasana (Handstand) , Sirsasana (Headstand), Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand). We will spend time strengthening the arms, opening the shoulders and organizing our core line. Using the Yoga Wall we will work on these poses in a very supported way.
