Inversion Workshop

The inverted postures of yoga are extremely beneficial but can often seem intimidating. Conquer your fears and gain confidence in the postures with proper alignment, techniques, props, and modifications. You will be introduced to and practice postures such as downward facing dog, shoulder stand, headstand, forearm stand, handstand, and more. Find your core strength and gain a new perspective by turning your world upside down!
