Have you always wanted to learn how to do a handstand, headstand, forearm balance or shoulder stand, but there was no time in a short yoga class with too many people to learn them properly? Or maybe you just need a little assistance with your inversions, or you just want to enjoy the practice and some useful improver tips!
This workshop is the perfect opportunity to have a breakthrough with your inversions! We will have plenty of time to warm up with flowing sequences, and some hip openers, and then move onto preps for the inversions and then full versions , with or without the wall or props, with as much hands on assistance or guidance from me as you need. The workshop is limited to only 6 people, so you will have opportunities! After the inversions we will stretch out, twist, and then enjoy a deeply soothing Yoga Nidra relaxation with sacred sounds of the crystal bowls and gong , to absorb the benefits of the practice and experience pure bliss! Not to be missed.

Londoner Jill Everett, a newbie of 5 months in NYC, is a certified yoga teacher with 15 happy years of teaching experience, and is also a certified Pilates teacher, Personal Trainer, Accredited Feldenkrais Method Awareness Through Movement Practitioner and Certified Raw Vegan Food Chef and Nutritionist.
